Most studios are built for doing. We wanted one room built for not doing. The Stillroom has no mirrors, no clock and a ceiling lower than the rest of the building.

Floors are heated to 28 degrees, walls are lined with felt and the light is warm and low. Eight cushions circle a table of bowls and candles.
People come to practice yin, to sleep, to cry or to sit in the dark. All of it is welcome here.
