What you will
find inside

Lounge

Reception

Honed travertine desk with a hand-set brass sign. Check in, grab a towel and ask us anything; we know every teacher’s playlist.

Lounge

Ritual tea bar

Free herbal infusions, ginger shots and kombucha on tap after class. Stay for a second cup. Most members do.

Lounge

The shelf

Cork mats, linen wear, ceramic cups and our own candles, all made in small batches by friends of the studio.

Lounge

Sofa corner

Bouclé sofas around a travertine table. Meet before class, read the journal, or simply sit. Wi-Fi is deliberately quiet in here.

Lounge

Shoe bench

Shoes off here, always. Oak cubbies below keep the floor clean and the practice rooms silent.

Threshold

The arch

A 3.4 m plaster arch marks the line between the city and the studio. Leave the day behind, take one slow breath, step through.

Lounge

Showers & lockers

Six rain showers, 24 lockers, a hair-dry station and a steam niche behind this door. Towels and natural toiletries are included.

Studio One

Studio One mats

Fifteen mats on a generous 2.4 m grid, with space to stretch your arms and your thoughts. Props are waiting at every spot.

Studio One

Teacher’s platform

A 10 cm oak riser in front of the acoustic slat wall. Everyone sees the teacher, nobody feels watched. Hidden speakers keep the sound warm.

Studio One

Props wall

Cork blocks, wool bolsters, cotton straps and blankets. Take what you need, return what you took. Everything is washed daily.

Studio One

North light

Three tall windows draw soft, shadowless daylight into the hall. Linen sheers glow in the morning; drapes close for evening classes.

Studio One

Alignment mirror

A single arched mirror for checking alignment, not appearance. It is angled away from the mats on purpose.

Studio One

Community wall

Portraits of members and teachers, photographed during our summer sessions. New faces join the wall every season.

Studio One

Paper lanterns

Hand-folded washi lanterns at 2200 K. They dim to candlelight for evening practice and never buzz like LED drivers.

Threshold

The Stillroom

A low, warm room for yin, sound baths and meditation. The lights dim, the floors are heated and phones stay at the door.

Stillroom

Sound bath circle

Eight cushions around crystal and Tibetan bowls. Lie back, close your eyes and let the vibration do the work.

Stillroom

The gong

A 90 cm planetary gong in a hand-built oak frame, played at the end of every evening sound bath.
