All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax unless stated. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout. Promo codes cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please review our Shipping & returns policy for details.

• Use the supplied or certified cables and chargers only.
• Never disassemble, puncture or expose a product to extreme heat.
• Carry power banks in cabin baggage only when travelling by air, and follow airline limits.

To the extent permitted by law, Ampera's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
