All orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Newark, New Jersey. Orders placed before 3:00 pm ET on a business day usually leave the same day.

Every parcel includes tracking, delivery notifications and carbon-neutral shipping at no extra cost.

We ship to 31 countries. International orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days . Import duties and local taxes are calculated at checkout, so you won't pay anything extra at the door.

Portable power stations (Core series) contain large lithium batteries and can only ship via ground freight within the contiguous United States and Canada.

If you're not happy, return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in original condition, but we're relaxed about opened boxes and used cables.

• We email a free prepaid label within one business day.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the parcel arriving.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us with a photo within 14 days. We'll ship a replacement immediately, before we even receive the original back.
