If your order hasn't been handed to the carrier yet (usually within a few hours), message us and we'll update it. Once it has shipped, the carrier can redirect it from the tracking link.

Yes. Power banks must go in your carry-on, never checked luggage. Every Ampera bank up to Brick 27K (99.9 Wh) is under the 100 Wh limit that applies to all major airlines. Titan 40K (148 Wh) needs airline approval.

Power banks are rated at cell voltage (3.7 V) but deliver power at 5–20 V, so conversion losses of 10–20% are normal. Our calculator uses a conservative 85% real-world efficiency.

Yes. Every Ampera has multi-layer protection against overcharge, over-current, short circuit and over-temperature, and is certified to UL 2056. For bedside charging we recommend Dock Air in night mode.

Any product rated 65W or higher charges most USB-C laptops at full speed. Slate 20K (65W) suits ultrabooks, Brick 27K (140W) handles 16-inch workstations, and Core stations include AC outlets for any charger.

Manufacturing defects and capacity loss beyond 20% within the first 500 cycles. We repair or replace at no cost and cover shipping both ways. Accidental damage and liquid ingress are not covered.

You have 30 days from delivery. Start a return from the Contact page (choose Order help), and we'll email a free prepaid label. Refunds land on your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving it.
