To process and deliver orders, provide support, send transactional emails (receipts and tracking), and, only if you opt in, share product news. We use anonymised analytics to improve the site and never build advertising profiles.

Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors over encrypted connections. Ampera never stores full card numbers or security codes.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate: carriers (to deliver your parcel), payment processors, and our email provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it at any time. Unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click from any message.
